Well who wants to get answers from Internet by PAYING! No Ways !
When u search for any question on Google.com probably u might have came across site www.experts-exchange.com. This is very gr8 Site and have many professionals in field registered with it who gives u answers if someone asks question on this website . . . lets assume u came across question which is thr on this site! but u can't view answer of the questions u need to register by paying some XXX$ to them! Its sooooooooo simple and funnyyy! to access those answers without paying a rupeeeee!
Target : www.experts-exchange.com
Aim : Access Answers on this site for free of Cost!
Solution : When you came across such links in google.com jst click on "CACHED" below the link thats it!!!! now u can view the answers for freeeeeee! those pages already cached by google.com!
This is a reason i loooooooooooooooooooooooooooove google.com ! its gr88! thankssssss Google! ur gr888!

If you want to start your own website , before that make consider below points :
1. Business website , personal website
2. If Business , then first clear ideas about business and then Paid option will be good
3. for personal websites , its better to use free hosting like my blog.
Wordpress is good option , still it depends on your requirements , and may need to customize , for which you will need to have paid developers.
